"I visited Cafe De La Mer for a Valentines meal with my boyfriend and we were definitely NOT disappointed. We had oysters to start and the seafood platter for main course. The fish was fresh, tasty and was beautifully presented. The staff were very attentive, but not so much that you felt rushed as can be the case in many restaurants. We will definitely eat here again when visiting the area."

"Cafe de La Mer proved to be an excellent venue for lunch serving excellent fresh seafood with good wine at a reasonable price. The smoked salmon was delicious as was the crab salad (good helping). We were very well looked after and the food arrived in good time. We were warned that the frites would take 15 minutes - they did but well worth the wait."

"Cafe De La Mer is excellent..we sat at the bar and it was great to be able to watch everything being prepared in front of us...had never tried oysters before but they were highly recommended by Jeremy and I am really glad I did because they were delicious! The perfect place for a romantic dinner for two!"
